These last 14 days have been incredible!
It is exciting to see how many more citizens of District 10 are becoming activated and seeing that they are also tired of the status quo in our state government! David’s message is being received and passed along!
The Freedom Festival was wonderful! Randy Brogdon, Robbert Hubbard, John Wright, Paul Nosak, Mark Costello, David Hanager, Dana Murphey, Owen Laughlin, Bill Jennings, Dennis Casey, Marty Nichols and of course David McLain were among the candidates who spoke. The grassroots organizations included OK-Safe, Fair Tax, R.O.P.E. (Restoring Oklahoma’s Public Education), Liberty Forge and Healing Hurt Hearts.
A big thank you to Art Berry and Friends and Monte Gaylord for volunteering some of the BEST fiddling we have ever heard! They were a lot of fun! The food was amazing, the karaoke was great, the kids had fun playing and were sad when the games were over. We had approximately 250 people in and out all day.
Thank you to Bill Jennings and Dennis and Angela Daniel for donating the briskets, Darrell and Karen Flowers for volunteering their time with karaoke, Homeland for helping us with all our food orders, City of Cleveland and Cleveland Chamber of Commerce for the use of their flags, Debbie Ball and Shannon Hovorka for working so hard on organizing, again to Bill Jennings for inviting Art Berry and his friends to fiddle, and of course to the volunteers who showed up with big hearts, big smiles and lots of energy!
We are personally very grateful to each and everyone of you!
